B) What is the estimated delivery time?
We aim to ship and deliver products within 3-4 working days. However, due to certain factors, such as the current COVID situation, some shipments might take longer than usual. Additionally, since some products are made-to-order, there may occasionally be delays due to dependencies at various levels.
We diligently ship orders throughout the week, except Sundays and Mondays.
Please Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may experience additional delays due to courier service constraints. We assure you that we will do our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.
C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Babluchikon with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. Simply click “TRACK ORDER” and enter your order number or the full AWB to check your order’s status and estimated delivery time.

Babluchikon ships throughout India, ensuring that you can receive your order at any location across the country, right at your doorstep.
C) What are the different shipping options you provide?
We offer standard shipping, which you can choose during the checkout process when placing your order.
D) Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. We charge a nominal shipping fee of INR 180 for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders across India. This fee will be added at the payment page before you complete your purchase.
E) Do you provide Cash on Delivery method?
Yes, we do. You can opt to pay in cash when the product reaches your home.
G) Are there any charges for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
If you choose the COD option, you will be charged INR 180 as delivery charges. This amount covers both shipping and COD charges.
H) How are orders packaged?
We go the extra mile to ensure that your order arrives in top-notch condition. Each item is securely wrapped in sturdy packaging to prevent any physical damage. Babluchikon has received minimal complaints regarding damaged items due to packaging.
I) Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
In case your product has already been shipped and you wish to change the address, we will need to reship your order to a new address. This will incur an additional charge of INR 150.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Babluchikon provides international shipments. We are happy to offer our customers attractive shipping options for all international orders.
Taxes and Duties:
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and are the responsibility of the customer. As the recipient, you are liable for all applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes (if any) levied by the country we are shipping to. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Exchanges and Returns:
Please note that Exchanges and Returns are not applicable on international orders.
