Returns & Refunds policy
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched, without providing a reason.
Cancellation Deadline:
Orders can be canceled from Monday to Saturday between 12:00 PM and 10:00 AM, prior to dispatch.
How to Cancel:
You can cancel your order by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 3 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods returned Policy
- Wrong Product or Damaged Delivery: Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is incorrect or damaged.
- Unboxing Video Required: To process a return, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken immediately upon receiving the product. This video must clearly show the product and its packaging.
Note – If you do not provide an unboxing video of the order, we will not be able to offer any refunds under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned product, we will verify its condition within 24-48 hours and proceed with issuing your refund.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
